3. Amendments
These Terms of Use are subject to change from time to time. Mytjeet Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use and any other applicable Mytjeet policies at its sole discretion by publishing the updated versions on the Platform (website and/or mobile application). It is your responsibility to stay informed of such changes by periodically reviewing the Terms of Use and related policies available on the Platform.
Where appropriate, we may notify you of material changes through in-app notifications, emails, or other communication channels. However, irrespective of whether such notification is provided, you agree that you are solely responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and other Mytjeet policies to understand the terms that apply to your use of the Platform and Services.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform and Services after any amendments are posted shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use and associated Mytjeet policies. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Mytjeet grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by all other policies, guidelines, and terms issued by Mytjeet from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any other operational or service-specific policies published on the Platform.
Mytjeet further reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform, its content, features, products, or services, whether temporarily or permanently. Mytjeet shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or Services.
4. Use of Platform and Services
All commercial and contractual terms relating to the sale or provision of products and services listed on the Platform are offered by and agreed solely between buyers/users (“Buyers”) and vendors/store partners (“Merchants”). Such commercial and contractual terms include, without limitation, product or service pricing, applicable taxes, delivery or shipping charges, payment terms, mode and timeline of delivery, warranties (if any), and after-sales support. Mytjeet Technologies Private Limited (“Mytjeet”) does not control, determine, advise, or participate in the negotiation or acceptance of these commercial or contractual terms between Buyers and Merchants.
Mytjeet may, however, provide certain support or facilitation services to Merchants, such as order management tools, payment collection support, customer communication tools, logistics coordination, call-center assistance, or other ancillary services. These services are provided pursuant to separate, independent agreements between Mytjeet and the relevant Merchants. The price of products or services listed on the Platform is determined solely by the Merchant, and Mytjeet has no role, influence, or responsibility in price determination.
Where delivery partners, drivers, logistics partners, or task executors (“Delivery Partners”) accept an order, task, or delivery request through the Platform, the pickup, delivery, or task completion services performed by them constitute a separate and independent contract for services between the Buyer and/or Merchant and the Delivery Partner. Mytjeet does not provide delivery or task execution services itself and shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or services provided by Delivery Partners. Mytjeet may, however, provide limited facilitation or support services to Delivery Partners, such as payment facilitation, order information, or customer support tools, under separate contractual arrangements.
Mytjeet does not make any representation or warranty regarding the credentials, legal standing, identity, or reliability of any Merchant listed on the Platform. Users are advised to independently evaluate and verify the suitability and bona fides of any Merchant they choose to transact with and to exercise their own judgment before entering into any transaction. All offers, promotions, or representations made by Merchants or third parties are governed by their respective terms and conditions, and Mytjeet assumes no responsibility or liability for such offers.
Mytjeet does not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, quantity, suitability, merchantability, value, or legality of the products or services listed on the Platform, nor does it endorse or guarantee the sale or purchase of any such products or services. Any information displayed on the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis, and Mytjeet shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions, whether originating from Merchants, Delivery Partners, or other third parties.
Mytjeet also makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, conduct, or service quality of Delivery Partners, including pickup, delivery, or task completion services. Any issues arising from such services shall be addressed directly between the relevant parties, subject to applicable law.
Mytjeet shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, non-performance, delay, deficiency, or unsatisfactory performance by Merchants or Delivery Partners, nor does it guarantee that Buyers, Merchants, or Delivery Partners will honor or complete any transaction initiated through the Platform. Mytjeet shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from product unavailability, stock shortages, backorders, or service disruptions.
The Platform operates solely as a technology-enabled marketplace and facilitation layer. At no point does Mytjeet take ownership, possession, custody, or control of the products or services offered by Merchants or Delivery Partners. Mytjeet does not acquire any right, title, or interest in such products or services and shall have no obligations or liabilities arising from the underlying contracts between Buyers and Merchants and/or Buyers and Delivery Partners.
The contract for the sale of products or provision of services is strictly a bipartite agreement between the Buyer and the Merchant. In the event of a Buyer complaint relating to product quality, effectiveness, safety, pricing, or service-related issues, Mytjeet may, at its discretion, notify the Merchant and facilitate communication between the parties. The Merchant shall remain solely responsible for resolving such complaints in accordance with applicable laws and their policies. Mytjeet may assist by sharing relevant order details or Merchant contact information to support resolution but does not assume liability for the outcome.
Similarly, Mytjeet provides only a communication and facilitation platform connecting Buyers and/or Merchants with Delivery Partners. It does not itself provide delivery or task execution services. In the event of complaints regarding delivery delays, damage, or service deficiencies attributable to Delivery Partners, Mytjeet may notify the relevant Delivery Partner and assist the parties to the extent reasonably possible to facilitate resolution, without assuming responsibility or liability for such services.
5. Obligations Pertaining to Usage of Platform
5.1 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Mytjeet reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, remove, or modify any content posted on the Platform that violates these Terms or applicable law. You remain solely responsible for all content you post, and Mytjeet shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from such content.
Mytjeet reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including suspension, termination, or claims for damages, for any activity involving hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized testing of the Platform.
5.2 Terms of Service
6. Order Booking and Financial Terms
The Platform enables buyers (“Buyers”) to place orders for products or services (“Orders”), and upon acceptance of such Orders by vendors, merchants, store partners, or service providers (“Merchants”), Mytjeet Technologies Private Limited (“Mytjeet”), subject to these Terms of Use, facilitates delivery of goods, provision of services, or completion of tasks through independent delivery or logistics partners (“Delivery Partners”).
Mytjeet does not own, sell, or resell any products offered by Merchants, nor does it control the Merchants or the services provided by them. The Buyer acknowledges that any Order placed through the Platform is subject to these Terms of Use, including but not limited to product or service availability, serviceable delivery locations, and acceptance of the Order by the Merchant and/or Delivery Partner.
As a general rule, all Orders placed on the Platform and delivery services requested are treated as confirmed. However, after successful placement of an Order, Mytjeet may contact the Buyer on the registered phone number or email address to verify Order details, payable amount, or estimated delivery time. For this purpose, the Buyer may be required to share certain personal information, including but not limited to first and last name, mobile number, and email address. It shall be the Buyer’s sole responsibility to promptly inform Mytjeet of any incorrect or inaccurate details.
Mytjeet may also contact the Buyer to notify or confirm any modification to an Order due to product unavailability, substitution, pricing changes, or other Merchant-related updates. The Buyer agrees that any such confirmation or modification shall be deemed final. Mytjeet reserves the right to decline or cancel processing of an Order if the Buyer, Merchant, or Delivery Partner is unreachable at the time of confirmation, in which case the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy shall apply.
All payments for Orders or Services on the Platform shall be made only in Indian Rupees, being the lawful currency of the Republic of India. The Platform does not support transactions in any other currency. Buyers may make payments using:
(i) credit cards, debit cards, or net banking;
(ii) any other RBI-approved payment method available at the time of booking; or
(iii) cash or card at the time of delivery, where such option is enabled.
The Buyer acknowledges that the payment facility provided by Mytjeet is neither a banking nor a financial service but is a facilitation mechanism enabling electronic payment processing, cash collection on delivery, and remittance using authorized payment gateway networks and banking infrastructure. By offering this facility, Mytjeet does not act as a trustee or fiduciary in respect of any transaction or transaction amount.
Buyers acknowledge and agree that Mytjeet acts as a payment collection agent for Merchants and Delivery Partners solely for the limited purpose of accepting payments on their behalf. Upon successful payment by the Buyer to Mytjeet, the Buyer’s payment obligation towards the Merchant or Delivery Partner stands fulfilled, and Mytjeet shall be responsible for settlement of such amounts to the respective parties. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer make direct payments to Merchants or Delivery Partners for Orders placed through the Platform.
In addition to delivery charges, Buyers may be charged a delivery surge fee for certain Orders, determined based on factors including distance, delivery time, demand, traffic conditions, weather, peak hours, or other operational parameters (“Delivery Surge”). The Buyer authorizes Mytjeet to collect such Delivery Surge on behalf of the Delivery Partner. The Delivery Surge may vary per Order, and the Buyer agrees to bear such charges irrespective of prior awareness of the same.
The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount applicable to the Order as displayed on the Platform, including product price, delivery charges, platform fees, and applicable taxes. Mytjeet shall collect the total payable amount in accordance with these Terms of Use and the pricing information provided by the Merchant. Mytjeet shall not be responsible for any additional charges levied by the Buyer’s bank or payment provider.
For completing an Order, the Buyer may be required to provide billing information such as name, billing address, and payment details to Mytjeet or its authorized payment processor. The Buyer authorizes Mytjeet or its payment partners to charge the provided payment method for the Order amount. If redirected to a third-party payment processor, the Buyer agrees to be bound by that processor’s terms and privacy policies.
Upon confirmation of an Order, the Buyer will receive an electronic confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app notification summarizing the Order details.
Tax invoices, where applicable, shall be issued by the Merchant and/or Delivery Partner (if registered under applicable tax laws). Mytjeet merely facilitates payment collection on their behalf. The determination, calculation, and legal validity of applicable taxes shall remain the sole responsibility of the Merchant and/or Delivery Partner, and Mytjeet shall bear no liability in respect thereof.
Prices displayed on the Platform, including packaging or ancillary charges, are determined solely by Merchants and are based on information provided by them. In rare instances, prices may change at the time of Order placement due to Merchant-initiated updates, and such changes shall be at the Merchant’s discretion.
To maintain and enhance the Platform and user experience, Mytjeet may charge a non-refundable platform fee, inclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be disclosed at the time of checkout.
Disclaimer: Prices or product details displayed on the Platform may occasionally be incorrect due to technical errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect information provided by the Merchant. In such cases, the Merchant reserves the right to cancel the affected Order.
All warranties or guarantees relating to goods or services shall be the sole responsibility of the Merchant, and Mytjeet shall not be liable for the same.
Transactions facilitated through the Platform are strictly bilateral between the Buyer and the Merchant, and between the Buyer/Merchant and the Delivery Partner. Accordingly, Mytjeet shall not be responsible for charging, collecting, or depositing taxes applicable to such transactions beyond its role as a payment facilitator.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation, return, and refund related terms applicable to the use of the Platform and availing of Services shall be governed strictly by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the Platform. Users are advised to review the said policy carefully before placing any Order.
8. No Endorsement
Mytjeet Technologies Private Limited (“Mytjeet”) does not endorse, recommend, certify, or guarantee any Merchant, product, service, or Delivery Partner listed on the Platform. While these Terms require Users to provide accurate and lawful information, Mytjeet does not independently verify or confirm the identity, credentials, or suitability of other users, Merchants, or Delivery Partners.
By using the Services, you agree that any legal claim, remedy, or liability arising out of acts or omissions of another user, Merchant, or third party shall be pursued solely against such party. You expressly agree not to hold Mytjeet liable or seek remedies against Mytjeet for any such acts or omissions.
9. Additional Terms for Specific Services

The Platform allows Buyers to purchase medicines and pharmaceutical products from registered pharmacy partners that require a valid medical prescription (“Prescription Drugs”).
To place an Order for Prescription Drugs, the Buyer must upload a clear and valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. The Order shall not be processed until the prescription is uploaded and verified by the Merchant. The Merchant may reject the Order if discrepancies are found.
The Buyer must present the original prescription at the time of delivery and allow the Delivery Partner to stamp the same. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the Order.
Mytjeet acts solely as a technology facilitator. The sale, dispensing, and compliance obligations lie entirely with the Merchant. Mytjeet shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, adverse reactions, or outcomes.
The Buyer undertakes not to reuse prescriptions already fulfilled. Any misuse may result in immediate cancellation. Buyers are responsible for understanding dosage, side effects, and interactions and are advised to consult a medical professional.
Mytjeet and/or the Merchant may retain prescription records in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
9b. Tobacco Products
Buyers agree not to purchase tobacco products if they are below the legally permitted age under applicable state laws.

Cancellation and refunds, if any, shall be governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9c. Alcoholic Beverages (Where Permitted by Law)
Access to alcoholic beverage categories is restricted to users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

9d. Parcel, Logistics & Task Services

Users must not request transport of prohibited, hazardous, illegal, restricted, or high-risk items. This includes explosives, weapons, narcotics, live animals, currency, valuables, perishable or fragile goods, or items requiring special permits.
Mytjeet and Delivery Partners may refuse or report prohibited requests to authorities. High-value items are shipped at the User’s own risk and should be insured independently.
If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply. Failure to retrieve items within a reasonable time may result in forfeiture without liability to Mytjeet.
Cancellation and refund terms shall apply as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mytjeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Platform or Services. Mytjeet’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the last platform fee paid by the User.
All transactions remain bilateral between Buyers, Merchants, and Delivery Partners.

You expressly waive any claims against Mytjeet under applicable laws in relation to actions or omissions of other users. While Mytjeet takes reasonable steps to maintain platform integrity, it does not control or verify information submitted by other users.
